THE WIPER DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT – KENYA
PRESS RELEASE
The Wiper Democratic Movement – Kenya takes note of statements attributed to Minority Leader Hon. Francis Nyenze on his preference of H.E. Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka as the National Super Alliance (NASA) Presidential flag bearer. It is reported that Hon. Nyenze further indicated that Wiper will leave NASA should Hon. Kalonzo not be named flag bearer.
From the onset, let me reiterate Wiper’s unwavering commitment to NASA. Wiper is further conscious of its obligation to this nation and its posterity to bring to an end Jubilee’s misrule. Wiper believes that this can only happen through a broad opposition front to face Jubilee during the August 8th, 2017 general elections. Conscious of this fact, Wiper will support any decision as to who becomes the flag bearer.
The Wiper leadership has advised Hon. Nyenze on the possible anxiety his reported statements are likely to cause or have caused. Hon. Nyenze will therefore hold a press conference tomorrow Thursday 30th March, 2017 at 10:00am to clarify any issue and reaffirm Wiper’s commitment to NASA.
