RAILA ODINGA ODM LEADERS HEAD TO MOMBASA AND MARAKWET COUNTIES:
Hon Raila Odinga will be on a two day tour of the County of Mombasa from tomorrow, March 25, 2017 till Sunday, March 26, 2017.
Mr. Odinga is expected to arrive in Mombasa mid-morning tomorrow and will address several roadside rallies in the town. Later in the day, he will meet Mombasa County ODM aspirants for various elective positions.
He will end his visit with a rally at the Tononoka Grounds in Mombasa on Sunday, before returning to Nairobi.
Mr. Odinga has dispatched another ODM team to Marakwet for solidarity meetings with the people following the spate of attacks that have been witnessed in the area.
The ODM team is led by Kajiado Central MP Hon Elijah Memusi, Hon Simba Arati and Gladys Wanga, among others, will hold prayer meetings at Tankul in the Kapyego area and another in Kapcherop tomorrow, March 25, 2017, before joining Mr. Odinga in Tononoka on Sunday.
