No Elections Unless IEBC Demonstrates Capacity To Conduct A Free and Fair Election as per Court Ruling

By Anwar Sadat

The presidential results was invalidated because the electoral process was flawed.

Jubilee is pushing IEBC to for an ealier election even before conducting stock taking of what went wrong.

The IT infrastructure of IEBC, including their servers have not been audited as per the Supreme Court order. The issues of non gazetted polling stations have not been resolved; the issues of new retuning officers have not been resolved; we don’t know who will print presidential ballot papers since for sure Alghuair did a shoddy job.

If Uhuru thinks that this is going to an easy exercise like Waiguru telling Kabura to carry billions of looted NYS money, then he is wrong.

Before any repeat election are done, IEBC must demonstrate that they have the capacity to conduct the new polls. This is not a re-run as Jubilee wants it to look. It is a new election.
