√ When Ruto became the deputy President he introduced a system where police training centers were changed to different campus, the system will help police course to be a professional career and turn it from force to a professional service. ( future dream)
√ When still the Deputy President, he introduced a system to change the village dead technicals to TVETS, where 70% of youths can benefit with profesional technical courses(Future dream)
