To the great people of Nairobi, August 8, 2017, will forever remain august! It is the day they will bury the shackles of perpetual slavery. It is the day they’ll openly resist and reject those village politicians who seek to throw them into economic and social slavery.
On August 8, the people of Nairobi will expel domination and oppression. They will defy those agents of the darkness deployed to steal their inalienable right to elect a leader of their choice under a free fair and credible election. They will vote for Johnson Sakaja as their next Senator and not a political asylum seeker.
Sincerely, how can a village flop ever dream of leading the sophisticated people of Nairobi? If you are unable to beat a village based politician how do you plan to face a politician as intelligent and organized as Sakaja? If you can’t convince voters at village level, how do you intend to convince the brave city denizens? If you are unable to succeed at the constituency of less than 50,000voters, how do you expect your dream to unfurl in a County of more than 2million registered voters? Boss, what do you take Nairobians for, idiots living in a fool’s paradise? Come on Sifuna, give us a break.
You are taking this joke too far. It mesmerizes me how you intend to play porker with the people of Nairobi. But the electorates are no fools after all. They will unequivocally reject you at the ballot as a sure payback for your deceit and dishonesty.
My learned friend, if thought you are worth your onions, why didn’t you register as private candidate and face Makali at the main election?
Hon Sakaja is a man of faultless character. His prowess is tested and proven by credible political connoisseurs. Emeritus Barrack Muluka can rubberstamp on my sentiments. Hon Sakaja is an anti-corruption crusader, activist and adept political commentator. He fights for the progress of his County. Sakaja hates corruption. He has always voiced his opinions freely and grants that every Nairobian has inalienable right to freedom of speech and expression. He strives to get his facts right before opening his mouth. He always buttresses his words with facts and figures. I know you cannot be like him the same way he cannot be like you.
Since he was born politically in 2013, Sakaja has been growing victorious and successful by the day. The gates of hell cannot prevail against him because the great leaders who nursed and nurtured the idea have not lost their vision. Rather, they have kept injecting fresh ideas that keep the flames in him burning brightly. The people of Nairobi have seen light and they will yet see more light.
As a politician, Hon Sakaja respects those politicians who respect themselves because the holy Book is right, “Iron sharpened iron so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend”
Sponsoring online derogatory articles against Sakaja is out of character and absolutely preposterous. Your bloggers are fake, uncreative and evidently unintelligent. The tribal card they are playing is an obsolete tactic. That is not how to shop for Luhyia vote. The harm they are doing your person is more grievous as opposed to the good they are intended. If you have a personal axe to grind with Sakaja, hold your horses, August is just around the corner.
I know your political life is still at infancy with teething problems confronting it. Suffice to say, you should zip up. Sakaja has left no doubt that he is not only prepared vanquish you, but more capable of leading the people of Nairobi as their Senator.
I have a feeling you have no development agenda for Nairobi. I have a premonition that under you, Nairobi will stagnate because you’ll render it parlous.
Please give Nairobians a break, go back to the village and face the menyou left there.
