Is Jubilee planning an election rigging in Kisii County? It appears plans are top gear as they have conspired with IEBC to change the County tallying Centre from the secure Gusii Institute of Technology in Kisii town to Sameta Boys Secondary that neigbour Jubilee governor candidate’s village home.
The new county tallying centre is located in a remote village in Bobasi constituency. Our the ground reporter says the school can only be accessible on foot when it rains, the roads are impassble when it rains, as it is Matope Kingdom.

Residents have been asked to protest the move by IEBC if they want their vote to county come August 8.
