Opposition coalition CORD is not leaving anything to chance in tomorrow’s Malindi parliamentary by-election, the coalition has just pulled a surprise on Statehouse operatives who wanted to interfere in the by-election. Johnstone Muthana, 15 Governors led by HE Evans Kidero, and over 300 MCAs led by Hon Teddy Mwambire are in Malindi and will be heading to various polling centres to ensure no rigging takes place.
