Why Sen ELACHI is likely to beat hon ARATI in Dagoretti North unless NASA changes tact

June 7, 2017 Leave a Comment

Dagoretti North has three main candidates. Hon Simba Arati of NASA, Nominated Senator hon Beatrice Elachi of Jubilee and hon Bernard Shilibwa of ANC.

The beautiful Senator is bilingual. She is a half cast of Luhyia and Kikuyu. Her mum is Kikuyu. She speaks fluent Kikuyu. Her father is Luhyia and she speaks fluent Luhyia as well. In short, she is counted as Luhyia. Hon Shilibwa is pure Luhyia. Hon Simba Arati is the only Kisii. Luo vote is insignificant.

During the last election, hon Arati won with 43,000 votes against Simon Muigai of TNA who garnered 25,000 votes.

ODM won 4 out of 5 wards in 2013. The Luhyia and Kisii vote put together, is significant. The Kikuyu vote is about 45 per cent.

Therefore means with a Luhyia vying against Arati – Both in NASA ticket (ODM and ANC), Nominated Senator Beatrice Elachi will sneak through with Kikuyu vote on top of the Luhyia vote.
