H.E Raila Odinga was happy to receive UK’s High Commissioner to Kenya Nic Hailey who delivered Downing Street’s congratulations to him and President Kenyatta on the handshake.
Hailey lauded the great show of leadership and urged Kenyans to support the leaders; “The handshake with President Kenyatta was a great show of leadership. It was noticed by my Prime Minister and the government in London. Am here to deliver congratulations from the PM and her government,” Ambassador Hailey said.
Hailey together with USA Ambassidor Bob Godec were pro Jubilee in the 2017 general elections.
