While in Meru, former premier Raila Odinga came face to face with poor state of roads in the region. Raila was given a super reception and locals thanked him for the roads he built in area during the NARC regime and also the coalition government.
All good roads in Meru were done under Raila. Jubilee and Uhuru have done absolutely nothing.
