Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has urged Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko to move with speed and charge “hate-monger” Mutahi Ngunyi.
Ngunyi has been posting tweets targeting members of the Luo community in the most disparaging manner, stoking ethnic embers and renewing hate-filled vitriol on social media.
Lawyer Kipkorir is a close confidant of president Kenyatta and by condemning Ngunyi signals that the self declared political genious may be heading the Moses Kuria (isolation)
Wakili Kipkorir joins other (non Luo) respectable members of the high society who have voiced concern over Ngunyi’s continued hate speech while NCIC turns a blind eye, this – speaks volumes on selective prosecution of hate-cases.
Others whi have added their voice demading for prosecution of Ngunyi are Rights activist Cyprian Nyamwamu, Ndungu Wainaina and hotelier Mohammed Wehliye
Wakili Kipkorir is a top notch lawyer and it was not clear if he will join other lawyers in the suit/petition against Ngunyi to be filed on Monday. Kipkorir has represented among others former Supreme Court Registrar Gradys Boss Shollei and former Internal Security CS Joseph Ole Lenku.
DPP Keriako Tobiko needs to charge Mutahi Ngunyi for sedition. Causing tribal disharmony is sedition. His hatred of Luos is primeval.

The tribal nonsense has started so early re 2017 elections. Just visit Mutahi Ngunyi's TL and see the electronic PEV. God help Kenya
