Kakamega Senator Bonny Khalwale has told the Deputy President William Ruto that he has no qualities of a President and that he is too arrogant and emotional to lead a country.
Khalwale said that Ruto does not know how to control his temper and that he gets emotional over petty issues.
The two recently engaged in a fierce and public war of words over the recent defections to Jubilee by leaders from Western Kenya with Khalwale accusing the DP of bribing them to do so.
Ruto would however hear none of Khalwale’s allegations, telling the people of Western Kenya to shun tribal politics, further drumming up support for the newly-formed Jubilee party as one that will unite Kenyans.
Just this week alone, three legislators from the region have decamped to Jubilee party, sparking off heated debate.
Ruto’s bodyguards were forced to fire in the air to scare away Khalwale but the Senator seemed imperturbable by Ruto.
