BREAKING: ODM’s Hon Namwamba LEADS 25 MPs to MEET President Uhuru in STATEHOUSE

Days after snubbing a meeting with ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga, Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba led a group of 25 MPs to a meeting with President Uhuru at State House. The meeting was also attended by Deputy President William Samoei Ruto.

On Thursday, Ababu did not turn up to a meeting at Laico Regency Hotel which had been organized by ODM MPs from Western Kenya. Reports later emerged that the ODM Secretary General was unwell.

A source close to the Budalangi MP has told Kenya Today that he was not unwell but orchestrated the ploy as reason to snub Raila meeting on Thursday knowing questions of ‘loyalty’ will be raised when seen at State House. Hon. Namwamba is the ODM SG and has been leading a massive voter registration exercise in Western Kenya.

“He knew about the State House meeting this week. He snubbed Raila meeting to make a political statement,” said the source.

Hon Namwamba has right to freedom of association and he seems to be exercising it, any questions?
