January 15, 2013 Leave a Comment

Judges and magistrates vetting board has found High Court judges Abida Ali Aroni and Muga Apondi unsuitable to hold office.

The board declared Supreme court judge Mohammed Ibrahim and appellate court judge Roselyne Nambuye fit to hold office overturning an earlier verdict that had found the two unsuitable.

Ibrahim and Nambuye were vetted afresh after complain was raised on how the earlier verdict was arrived at.

Justice Mary Kasango was found fit to serve in the judiciary.
