Not much is known of Millicent Omanga other than the fact that she was a member of the Young Kenyans for Raila Odinga 07, a youth lobby group that campaigned for Raila Odinga in 2007.
In 2012 she announced her intention to contest for senate seat – Nairobi County on URP ticket.
She holds bachelor of commerce degree in marketing from University of Nairobi.
