EXPOSED: ‘STATEHOUSE’ Secret Plan to CLEAN CS Waiguru’s Corruption Links ROLLS OUT

Top Statehouse operatives have finally rolled out a powerful PR campaign to show that Uhuru is cracking the whip on corruption, but the main agenda is to make CS Waiguru appear Corruption Free and Hard Working’. The beautiful CS has been under siege for more than three months following a strong stench of corruption allegations in her docket–devolution.

The campaign gained momentum when the DPP Keriako Tobiko’s office issued a press release on Monday directing the police to arrest and charge NYS Director General Dr Nelson Githinji and Devolution PS Peter Mangiti for trying to block a probe into a conspiracy to steal Sh695 million.

Immediately the DPP issued the statement, Statehouse operatives are said to have prevailed upon the two to step aside immediately. The stepping a side of good man Dr Githinji and PS Mangiti will pave way for investigation and subsequent prosecution.

While this PR campaign to salvage Uhuru’s image as a corruption whip continues, the next phase of the Waiguru campaign is already under-way. The crowning moment will be when CS Waiguru censure motion will be brought to parliament, debated and put to vote in which the motion will be defeated.

The President is alleged to reach out to MPs personally and asking them to go slow on Waiguru and focus their energies elsewhere.

”In all closed-door meetings, Kakamega, Kisumu and now Eldoret, the President is coercing Mps to go slow on Waiguru. After that, Keter’s bill will be allowed in parliament and so it will be defeated,” an angry URP MP told this writer.

Once the two steps are concluded, the president will announce a cabinet reshuffle in which CS Waiguru will be named CS Finance.
