WHY Raila is the BIGGEST WINNER after Uhuru CASE COLLAPSED at the ICC,

December 5, 2014

Hate it or love it, the biggest winner today is Raila. This is a blessing in disguise because the only adhesive holding Uhuru & Ruto is ICC,not even mental bonding.Take away this factor and 2017 the playground will be very very interesting.

Jubilee’s biggest motivation was to acquire power and to defeat justice/ICC, the mission is accomplished and William Ruto’s case that is supposed to collapse may not as evidence that was provided by government agencies and top Kibaki/Uhuru technocrats is still intact at the ICC. The witnesses allegedly procured by the state are also going strong at the ICC. It is rather obvious that the case is weak but nevertheless even with just two credible witnesses the ICC judges may find Ruto guilt of at least one count.

It simply means Ruto will get a light sentence say of 3 to 5 years.

Raila will win the 2017 elections by 9:45am as Kalenjin will REVOLT against Uhuru. Ruto is likely to get a 3 to 4 year jail term the ICC. As Ruto will be counting his 3 to 4 years of bondage, knowing very well who FIXED him, the Kalenjin nation will throw their weight behind Raila or whoever leaving Uhuru with his 4million votes. The military will decide who will be Kenya’s president come 2017 notwithstanding a landslide win by some other candidate.
