For a public servant holding several harambees rituals each weekend, and contributing an average of 3 millions shillings,DP Ruto has no moral authority to speak against a referendum aimed at entrenching devolutions
For starters, the same deputy president is sitting atop a government that has failed to account for KShs 8.3 Billion siphoned from CBK in cash under a fake “police Commisioner account”, and keep quiet as the Auditor General narrated that another KShs 8-15 Billion has disappeared from govt coffers between January and July this year. Noe xplanation so far from government. Be accountable Bw. Ruto.
Before you becoming accountable, do not start lecturing Kenyans about what not to do as regards bringing more accountability to public finances, and strengthening devolution so the people can decide what to do with their money?
DP Ruto prefers to contribute at harambees so Kenyans can forever worship him as one who brings development. Harambee culture is a curse. It perpetuates dependency and laziness. Further it breeds corruption.
Say NO to harambee. Leaders come and go. Devolution stays and grows from strength to strength.
