What i hate most is hypocrisy with our leaders….they pretend to sing equity yet they don’t practice it, taking women to be cheap in convincing and more-less like their dolls or an object to satisfy their emotional and political quench, they play around with our minds, pretending to be dancing our tune but in real sense taking us for a ride.
Women leaders on the other hand suffer from unpredictable syndrome called retarded jealousy that make them more lame. They don’t want fellow women to a rise as they fear being overtaken and noticed…what is the point of fighting for the rights of women if you don’t mean it, i mean if you are serious to the fight for the freedom and right of women, then you should allow them make it past your level and become something slightly higher or even more powerful.
I blame the mindset of the society in which we evolve, I grew up thinking that evolution had come to an end but i realize its at its peak and now i conclude that we are still far from the final man, if we still think like the apes we believe were our great great great great grant parents, then there is no point of talking of civilization for the behavior of the stone age man is still stuck by us.
Great leaders need to think beyond their own surrounding but focus on the effects caused to the society for an effective change. What impress me is the term “CHANGE” which any hooligan in a suit of leader cover him/herself with and pose to the society bragging of leadership, but having no trait or any quality of a leader. They buy their space and chanting for supremacy and for those that their ego cannot allow this fallacy are hindered with or destroyed by propaganda and stage management.
The so called leaders are not real but are brokers who are there to do business from the space they acquire in the cover of leadership. True leaders never put money first but the heart of the society. But what make me happy with this broker-leaders is that as greedy as they are in grabbing what belong to the society is too as the world is angry to grab them to their end and its true to the say that “MONEY MAKE MAN MAD”.
The first thing a good leader should accept is to allow Criticisms for it help him to grow better in leadership. I may die a pauper but am happy i made some souls afford a smile and extended their days. As a leader, think critically, analyse yourself and ask yourself a question…”Where do you belong?”.
This male dominated society should realize that the women power is more stronger and can last if given the chance and has the will…my advice to our l leaders is that ” Don’t under estimate the power of a weaker being because you may not know where the strength lain. Remember the story of David and Goliath of the scripture, Haman and Modekai, Moses and the Pharaohs….
Leaders are born and made and its more powerful when its chosen and blessed by Yahweh…women leaders should think twice before uttering any spell to each other and should have the real spirit of empowerment for we are the mothers of the nations and we have the power to make great changes for all these men kiss our power and strength as they come from our womb to face the world that they know nothing about. so men, you too don’t be hard on women for you kiss and yell as you get to this unpredictable atmosphere you carry your ego around.
Leaders…Think wise…think right…we are watching…..I may be a fool but am not foolish…..I love Nelson Mandela….” If you want to beat them, you learn their game, play with them and where possible learn their language and the body language so that you can be on the same page with them, then go for them….it may take time but be rest assured you are in the right track.
