Court in America to Rule if Uhuru College Grades can be made Public, His Lawyers Argued AGAINST saying it will be EMBARRASSING

Update:

They (Uhuru) contracted the legal services of Thornton Law Firm LLP.
In their application of stay, they requested the court to grant them time to verify the copy of his Diploma presented to IEBC in 2012.

They say since the IEBC is currently preparing for the elections, it may take time to get the verification. They also argued that the release of their client’s Diploma at this moment close to the Kenyan election will injure their client.

Our submission.

These documents can be accessed digitally, therefore there is no need to delay the proceedings. Kenyans have the right to know the qualifications of those seeking to lead them, and it is very appropriate for the details to be released before the elections.

If the court orders that the results be made public, we will do so promptly.
