One of the Homa Bay Senate aspirants may face a huge setback after a woman he badly battered threatened to go to court to disqualify him from potentially holding an elective position based on chapter six of the constitution. The woman, also a member of ODM, has threatened to storm Orange House to demand answers on how the man was cleared by the party to vie on its ticket in the first place.
The candidate who was formerly a Mombasa businessman Â has already been cleared by ODM to contest the Homa Bay senate seat alongside seven other contestants.
