The great whisperer – anonymous – has revealed to Kenya Today that the ethnic laden Facebook post of President Uhuru Kenyatta was allegedly pulled down by the National Intelligence Service when it became clear it was creating a ‘security situation’ in the country.
An early meeting at the Office of President attended by top security honchos of the country resolved to prevail on the President to bring the post down. However, when it reached State House, the guys at the President’s Strategic Communications flatly refused; they could hear none of it, claiming it will be a public relations disaster, politically, for the President.
Another source/rumour revealed that the police impounded, around Salgaa accident prone spot, over 5000 copies of the facebook comments in the president’s wall (a booklet), headed to a destination believed to be the Rift Valley, where URP MPs have called for Weekend mass charged rallies to ponder over the future of their vote as the kalenjin sackings continue in government.
It is alleged that since UhuRuto took power, over 100 kalenjins have lost their jobs, some through SMS, like happened to Kiplimo Rugut, the latest casually of what is now known in social media as GEMAnization spree.
It is instructive to note that many ethnic kikuyus felt disappointed by Pres. Uhuru, and they too joined the rest of Kenyans to castigate his tribal appointments.
