ODM septuagenarian William Ole Ntimama is already in trouble a week after ‘defecting’ to President Uhuru’s government. A section of URP MPs from Narok County are up in arms accusing Ntimama of being used to scuttle URP fortunes in the Maa region.
Two MPs from the region have warned Ntimama is a bad omen.
Ntimama, a TNA guest in the Jubilee Alliance irked MPs Ken Kiloku (Narok East) and Johana Ng’eno (Emurua Dikirr) who said the elderly politician is a ‘spent force’ who should allow elected leaders from the region to make political decisions affecting the community.
“The community rallied behind URP, which is a member of the ruling coalition. We read this as Ntimama’s attempt to bring a wedge between URP and TNA,” said Kiloku.
