The number killer disease in Kenya is not the dreaded the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). In fact, HIV/AIDS is not even in the top three killer diseases in Kenya. Here is the list:

1. Malaria

2. Pneumonia

3. Cancer

4. HIV/AIDS

5. Tuberclosis

6. Anaemia

7. Road Traffic Accidents

8. Other accidents (Nyerism etc)

9. Heart Diseases

10. Menengitis.
