Tunisian security forces have surrounded a group of militants holed up inside the country’s leading museum after they shot dead at least eight people today.
The country’s parliament, which sits adjacent to the country’s Bardo Museum, was today filled with leading politicians and was swiftly evacuated after shooting broke out.
It is believed several hundred people may have fled the museum, while another 20 – 30 remain as hostages with three shooters in control of the building.
