The National Alliance of President Uhuru Kenyatta has dubiously wrote to former civil society honcho and now elected legislator on its ticket to ‘show cause’ why she should not be disciplined for fixing Uhuru Kenyatta at the Hague.
Nyeri Women representative Priscillah Nyokabi has been summoned to appear before the President’s Party’s disciplinary committee to shed light on several allegations against her by government bloggers and pro-Uhuru anti-ICC crusader David Matsanga.
Ms Nyokabi is required to reveal, among other things, her role in facilitating prosecution witness number 4 -OTP 4 – who is allegedly a mungiki member from Nyeri and whom she is claimed to have ‘coached’ while she worked as the executive director of Kituo Cha Sheria.
The letter summoning Ms Nyokabi is signed by TNA Party officials from Nyeri County and copied to President Uhuru Kenyatta who is the TNA party leader and Onyango Oloo, the party’s Secretary General.
Nyokabi is required to appear before Dr.Thuo Mathenge, Mr Githua Phillip and Mr Gachara Daniel.
Apart from Matsanga, some of Nyokabi’s accusers include Faith Muthoni, a TNA blogger who is stationed at the National Police Service Commission and Dennis Itumbi stationed at State House.
The presence of Itumbi may be the closest direct link between Ms Nyokabi’s woes and State House (read President Uhuru).
Below are the screenshots of the terse letter to Ms Nyokabi.
