ChickenGate main man Trevy Oyombra and former IEBC CEO James Oswago will not be grilled as scheduled on Wednesday, the EACC has said.
The date for their appearances will soon be announced, EACC spokesman Yassin Amaro said on Wednesday.
Sources at the commission said Oyombra and Oswago requested the postponement saying they are still getting prepared.
On Monday, Amaro said investigators were still analysing statements recorded so far before any more grilling could take place.
Oyombra was the Kenya agent of printing firm Smith & Ouzman and is alleged to have disbursed Sh50 million to top electoral commission officials as bribes for printing tenders.
IEBC chairman Issack Hassan, Energy CS David Chirchir and former Knec boss Paul Wasanga who have been questioned said they are innocent.
The EACC and the DPP are under pressure to arrest and prosecute officials implicated in the case.
S&O directors Nicholas Smith and Christopher Smith were jailed in the UK for three years and 18 months respectively, for bribing Kenyan officials and those of three other African countries.
