A group of TNA MPs in Kajiado have been accused of being ODM moles and supporting the ODM candidate in the just concluded ODM elections.
During the thanksgiving ceremony of Kajiado JAP loser Patrick Ole Tutui, MPs Moses Sakuda, Peris Tobiko and Peter Mositet were taken to task over their handling of the elections.
Trouble started when Kajiado County chief whip Onesmus Ngogoyo openly named Sakuda, Tobiko and Mositet for bidding for the opposition ODM.
“We are not going to beat about the bush here today because our traitors are known and one of them is here. You all know that Sakuda supported Memusi and he is the traitor we are talking about.â€
“The others are Senator Peter Mositet and Kajiado East MP Peris Tobiko. They are traitors in our midst and I am not afraid to say so.â€
Sakuda dismissed the MCA’s claims, saying he campaigned long and hard for the JAP candidate and that he can’t be a mole when his seat in Kajiado East is already threatened by ODM opponents. Tobiko and Mositet did not attend the event.
The ceremony was attended by Senate Majority Leader Kithure Kindiki, Katoo Ole Metito, Mary Seneta and Kenya Meat Commission chairman Tarayia Ole Kores.
ODM’s Elijah Memusi garnered 16,008 votes to beat JAP’s Patrick Tutui who polled 15,508.
