REVEALED: Police secretly giving arms to killer gang ‘China Squad’, residents say

The return of killer gang China Squad has been blamed on police collusion forcing residents to turn away from giving information from law enforcement for fear of victimization.

The gang which recently undressed and terrorised a group of youths have drawn the ire of residents and human rights organizations.

Audi Ogada, the Kisumu Residents Association Chairman blamed the resurgence of the gang to police complicity, a charge Kisumu police boss Willy Lugusa has vehemently denied.

Many Kisumu residents believe the gang is emboldened as it receives arms and intelligence from the police. In the 2013 election, the gang was said to have received funding from TNA secretary General Onyango Oloo to campaign for President Uhuru’s election to the presidency.

This belief – of police support – also stem from the fact that another gang known as American Marines which was alleged to be allied to opposition was defeated long ago, yet China still terrorises residents.

“We are giving the police seven days to apprehend those who were involved in the stripping and torturing of the youth, failure to which we will take action as residents,” said Ogada

Lugusa claims China Squad, unlike Mungiki, is an amorphous outfit which they are still studying before they can launch assault on it out.

The police boss is upbeat the criminal gang will be defeated by law enforcement.
