A huge delegation of excited ODM supporters from Kajiado constituency are this hour at Orange House to witness the handing over of ODM ticket to Memusi Ole Kanchory, the man who recently emerged winner of the peaceful Kajiado by election nominations.
Kanchory is expected to easily retain the Kajiado seat left vacant after former MP Gen Joseph Nkaissery joined the government. All the ODM aspirants who vied during the nominations have pulled their supporters behind Kanchory, promising to campaign as hard and long as they would have done for themselves.
The Orange Party remains the single most populous party in Kenya, and will maintain its brand in 2007 elections even as the two tribal parties forming the ruling jubilee remain cagey about their dissolution.

Dr. Agnes Zani and other leaders await the arrival of ODM Party leader.
