Nairobi women representative Rachael shebesh has suffered yet another political blow after her candidates lost heavily in the Maendeleo ya Wanawake Organization Nairobi county polls.

Three top women Rahab Muii, beth Kyengo and current office holder Rukia Subow will battle it out for the Chairlady’s post on the 17th of July. Contacted for comment Sonko denied that he influenced the polls and said it was a women affair and that Nairobi women have spoken for themselves by electing MYWO leaders of their choice, he further declared that he’s ready to support whoever is elected the national chairperson.
“ I will not interfere with women affairs but I will be ready to work with any leader who will be elected by the women officials of the MYWO.†said Sonko in a telephone interview.
When our reporter further interrogated Hon Sonko resorted to interesting insults
