On Tuesday, October 6, 2015, ODM leader Hon. Raila Odinga, in a statement, challenged President Uhuru Kenyatta to come out and tell Kenyans what role he played in the case against his deputy Hon William Ruto at the The Hague.

Hon Odinga’s statement followed what he regards as a concerted campaign of lies and distortions by Mr Aden Duale, Mr Moses Kuria and Mr Kipchumba Murkomen, in addition to the entire Jubilee leadership. Hon Odinga believes this campaign is coordinated by and is run on behalf of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The campaign has continued following Mr Odinga’s statement.

In view of this development, the Orange Democratic Movement will, at 11 am today, October 9, 2015, address a press conference on this matter. The press conference will take place at the Capitol Hill Square.

At the press conference, ODM will unveil TEN REASONS it believes President Kenyatta oversaw the procuring of witnesses against his deputy William Ruto and how, despite public posturing, Uhuru has done nothing to help his deputy in the case at The Hague.
