Chief Inspector Fredrick Mwangi, officer commanding Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters police station said he has reasons to believe that CORD leader Raila Odinga has information that can assist the police to investigate the Eurobond saga.
Part of the notice to Raila read: â€œBe warned that failure to comply with the above requisition will render you liable to prosecution.â€ Speaking to the press after receiving police summons, Raila said he will not face the EACC detectives and will not accept to be intimidated.
