Rivals ODM and JAP is set to lock horns today on who becomes the new CoG leader, a position with substantial political clout as evidenced by the rise of Governor Isaac Rutto. Also to be filled is the Vice char of the body as well as the whip.
Already, two ODM governors Salim Mvurya of Kwale and Wicliffe Oparanya of Kakamega, as well as JAP’s Ken Lusaka of Bungoma have shown interest in succeeding Governor Rutto.
