Kidero lawyer Accuses Shebesh of frustrating reconciliation, case to continue

January 13, 2014

Nairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero has accused TNA women representative Rachael Shebesh of bad faith in the case where the two are charged with fighting in public.

Shebesh lawyer Cecil Miller today told High Court Judge Isaac Lenaola that Shebesh wants the case to continue. However, Prof Tom Ojienda, appearing for Governor Kidero, accused Shebesh of frustrating the reconciliation efforts that Dr Kidero has been trying to make with her.

Judge Lenaola lifted the 13 days he had given the two to reconcile, meaning charges against them will now proceed to their logical conclusion in the court.
