Jubilee converts main Nairobi Huduma Centre to 2017 tallying centre

President Uhuru Kenyatta has allegedly taken over two floors of Teleposta House and converted it to a tallying centre. The 13th and 14th floors of the building is being turned into a hi-tech data and media centre with fears that it will be used by Uhuru to rig the 2017 elections.

Work on the two floors which our sources say are already restricted to ”authorised persons only” is being undertaken by a Chinese company. The Teleposta House houses the main Huduma Centre in Nairobi’s Central Business District.
