Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto has fired another warning shot at the Jubilee Alliance ‘duo’ over their scorecard on devolution, saying he will not support the outfit in 2017.

Rutto who is the Council of Governors Chair went ahead to congratulate ODM for winning Kajiado Central seat, saying the win by the Odinga led party is a protest vote on the government for frustrate devolution.

“Sijui kama niliwahi kuwa kwa hii Jubilee na sijui hata kama bado niko kwa hiyo serikali ya hao watu (I dont know if I was ever in Jubilee government and am not even sure if I belong there even now),” he said.

“The government has been joking with matters devolution, and the people of Kajiado have clearly demonstrated that they are not happy with the government, by voting in an ODM candidate,” he added.
