Ipsos Polls: Kenya headed to ‘right direction’

Ipsos Polls: Kenya headed to ‘right direction’

September 9, 2015 Leave a Comment

Pollster Ipsos Synovate’s today’s opinion poll reveal more Kenyans are upbeat the country is being managed well.

Overall, those who feel the country’s direction is ‘right’ have a slight edge over those of the contrary opinion (47% vs.. 37%), but in terms of political alignment supporters of the two coalitions are nearly reverse-images of each other (66% of Jubilee’s feeling it is ‘right’ vs. 59% of CORD’s convinced it is ‘wrong’), raising the question as to how much, and of what, would the Jubilee government have to do to convince a majority of the opposition’s supporters that even if their leaders are out of power, the country’s direction is positive.
