Government Allocates Moi’s office Ksh 67 million, Kibaki’s office gets Ksh 83 million

The National Treasury has allocated the two retired presidents millions of shillings to run their errands. Former President Daniel Arap Moi has been allocated Ksh 67 million while Mwai Kibaki gets the lions share of Ksh 83 million.
