Famers choice on the spot over tribalism and nepotism

Hi Robert, thank you for the work you are doing of exposing social injustice.

Can you please highlight the plight of casual workers at Farmers Choice Limited.

People here are engaged as casuals for more than five years…. some go as far as eleven years..The difference in salary between casuals is permanent employees is 18k despite them doing the same job. What works here is tribalism nepotism and corruption. If you don’t know the who is who in the firm you are doomed especially people associated with the Production Director, a Mr Mbugua.

The company is doing well as it slaughters over 500 pigs a day, over 120 high grade cattle and 300 lambs.

It also deals with fish, chicken, turkey and ducks. Their sales of meat products like smokies and sausages is over the sky. Directors and manager earn like mps while casuals suffer.
