BREAKING: Blogger Dikembe RELEASED as Court REDUCES Court BAIL to 0.5million

A NAIROBI COURT HAS REDUCED AN EARLIER BOND OF 5 MILLION SHILLINGS AND CASH BAIL OF 2 MILLION SHILLINGS IMPOSED ON A BLOGGER ACCUSED OF INCITEMENT ON HIS FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.

SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE ANNA NDUNGU REVIEWED THE EARLIER BOND IMPOSED ON SETH ODONGO ALIAS DIKEMBE DISEMBE AFTER LAWYER JAMES ORENGO, NORMAN MAGAYA, KONYANG’O DENNIS AND THREE OTHER LAWYERS APPEALED AGAINST THE BOND ISSUED LAST WEEK BY SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE HELLENA NDERITU.

DIKEMBE WILL NOW BE RELEASED ON A CASH BAIL OF 500,000 SHILLINGS OR A BOND OF 2 MILLION SHILLINGS.

THE CASE WILL BE MENTIONED ON THE 8TH OF AUGUST.

Dikembe is out of remand and can now focus on building the party and CORD coalition as he prepares to battle the alleged criminal charges.
