LATEST UPDATE on the alleged arrest and detention of IEBC commissioner Akombe:

IEBC commissioner Roseline Akombe is being held at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after State officers pulled her out of the plane and barred her from leaving for the US last night.

It took the intervention of the US Embassy for Akombe to be released from police custody and be transferred to government pavilion at JKIA.
Jubilee seemed concerned that she might speak out on the elections once she leaves the country.

But Akombe has US and Kenya citizenship, which forced the embassy to intervene.
