The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission has recommended the graft case against suspended Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu closed and the case against suspended Agriculture CS dismissed.
This is after the commission submitted to the Director of Public Prosecution files of four suspended Cabinet Secretaries for further action.
The commission further recommends that Labour Minister Kazungu Kambi be charged for abuse of office with regard to the appointment of two members to the NSSF board.

Abuse of office charges have also been recommended against Michael Kamau who was holding the transport and infrastructure docket.
With regard to Felix Koskeiâ€™s corruption allegations, the EACC recommends that no charges be preferred against him but he should be persuaded to testify against the Kevevapi managing director.
