BREAKING: IEBC CEO James Oswago Arrested

The Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission Chief Executive Officer James Oswago has been arrested and will be arraigned in court tomorrow over electoral related offences.

Mr Oswago was arrested in Naivasha at a workshop and will spend the night behind bars pending court appearance tomorrow. Sources indicate other officials of the electoral body will also appear alongside the CEO.

Both parliament and the EACC have been investigated the multi-billion shilling tender and other related acquisitions which were meant for the last general elections where massive failure of equipments was blamed for vote manipulation by political actors and electoral officials.
