Kisumu Central MP elect Hon Fred Ouda slapped Nairobi police boss outside the supreme court where opposition supporters converged for prayers, it was a grandmother of all slaps.
The MP slapped the police boss after he banned a peaceful prayer assembly. He reminded the police boss that peaceful protest was a basic right as enshrined in the 2010 constitution.
He is the third person to slap a senior police officer after Bernard Chunga and Babu Owino.
His supporters are celebrating saying the next ‘fool’ that he should slap is Nyanza and Kisumu Police bosses over arbitrary shooting of area youth over Uhuru victory protests.
Residents of Kisumu retrived 4 rotten bodies that were riddled with bullets and are believed to be of missing youth who were allegedly shot by police during peaceful protests against Uhuru fraudlent victory.
This is how Kamasasa Emp described Hon Ouda for those who may not be knowing the Kisumu Central MP elect:
Some gentlemen never disappoint. You remember a certain MCA in Kisumu who undressed himself, then again went to the compound of IEBC and chained himself during IEBC demonstrations? Oh Yes, you must be remembering him. Unless your memory rivals that of a hungry active mosquito which forgets that it has been slapped while siphoning my blood. This MCA is the Kisumu central MP-Elect (Hon Ouda) thanks to his drama for the love of Raila Odinga.
Now listen. Today this MP-elect Ouda accompanied Hon Simba Arati – ODM and other party leaders in prayer session at supreme Court compound. Their prayer rally was dispersed by police under the command of Nairobi County Commissioner. Hon Ouda, massaged the Nairobi County Commissioner with a HOT SLAP on his cheek after some confrontations. The Nairobi County Commissioner couldnt believe it. He had to seek protection of police.
Listen Jubilee. As you have some rogue puppies led by Moses Kuria, ODM has Hon Ouda, Babu Owino under command of Hon Arati. Jubilee be careful. Let drama in Parliament begin. May the ugliest side
