Amazing: Man who urinated on a woman in Naivasha has been charged in court

January 24, 2014

A 64 year old French national was on Thursday arraigned in a Naivasha court charged with three counts of urinating on a woman, malicious damage to property and swinging and indecent exposure.

Francois Louis Raymond appeared before Naivasha Resident Magistrate, Esther Kimilu charged that on June 19 last year in Gilgil, he willingly urinated on Loise Wambui.

The court heard that on the material day at Oasis lodge, Raymond committed the offense after refusing to pave way for Wambui who had signaled him to do so.

The prosecution further told the court that the two, who were driving to opposite directions, had met at a narrow lane leading to the lodge prompting Wambui to request Raymond to stop briefly and allow her passage.

Apparently, Raymond was infuriated by this and adamantly refused to move an inch.

He then got out of his vehicle in a fit of anger and started urinating on Wambui who was in the company of her friend while hurling insults at them.

While reportedly calling them stupid women, Raymond was alleged to have picked a stone and used it to scratch Wambui’s vehicle valued at shs.2.9million.

Wambui, who was surprised by the turn of events, pleaded with him to stop but the accused continued calling them names as he scratched the car even more.

She reported the matter to Gilgil police station leading to the arrest of the accused who then was charged with the three counts.

Raymond, who was out on bond denied all the charges as read to him and case would be heard from March 27, 2014.
