Nairobi County Chief of Staff Mr Wainaina FAILS to appear in Court, Suffers EXTREME DIARRHEA admitted in hospital

County Chief of staff George wainaina has failed to appear before court this morning on grounds that he is unwell suffering from diarrhea and admitted at karen hospital

His lawyer cliff ombeta added that wainaina was expected to appear before the EACC and not court today in the morning.He is facing charges of corruptly giving benefit to senator Mike sonko and conspiracy to to commit an offence of corruption.

His secretary Roseline Oluoch has been charged with conspiracy to commit offence of corruption by offering Nairobi Senetor Mike Sonko sh1 million and being found in possession of half a million suspected to have been acquired corruptly.She pleaded not guilty to both charges and was released on a bond of 1.5 million with one surety or a cash bail of sh 500,000.

Chief Magistrate Felix Kombo has directed that the matter be mentioned on 15th January to establish medical status of Wainaina and to asses his stability to plead to charges facing him.
