Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria will be grilled by detectives from the International Criminal Court this morning (starting at 11 am) to ascertain the veracity of recent accusations he made to the effect that Mt Kenya politicians in the Kibaki regime fixed Deputy President William Samoei Ruto.
Hon. Kuria claims that witnesses who appeared before Kriegler and ended up being ICC witnesses had been procured by PNU to defend President Kibaki’s controversial 2007 win. Kuria was the a leading personality behind the scenes for PNU and was present throughout the Kriegler Commission sittings where he was very vocal and was at times disorderly.
â€œI have welcomed them to come to my place of work in Parliament on Friday, October 9, at 11pm to meet at Committee Room Nine, which has since been allocated to me for the purpose by the Speaker of the National Assembly,â€ said Kuria.
