Finally the rumour is out!Oh yeah , truth just like pregnancy comes out with fullness of time, shock on you? neeee not at all.
The ‘Luo’ man who allegedly paid Kshs. 2.4 Million for ”A Night of Diamonds”a Presidential suite in the Villa Rosa Kempinski WILL NOT SPEND HIS NIGHT THERE, it was just a marketing gimmick, a sales promotion at its best!
The receipt from the hotel was genuine but it was just a usual system booking and then followed by reversal or cancellation.
Spencer Okach is Marketing executive contracted to promote the just launched high-end overnight luxury packages by the Hotel,
The luxury hotel along Chiromo Road in Nairobi was/is offering a KShs 2.34 million presidential suite package and non other than a Luo name could fit the gimmick.
Well, Spencer Okach is said to have pocked a few thousands (Kenya shillings) to run the promotion themed “A night of diamonds at our presidential suitesâ€, the packages included a butler, private chef, dinner serenade, champagne, 40 bouquets of roses, massage treatments, a jacuzzi and luxury diamond jewellery from Onyx Jewelers.
Mr Okach will most likely spend his night at his home! His Facebook page has no sign of a billion but just a regular Nairobi middle class even at one time posted on his Timeline telling off city girl Njoki Chege to stop attacking his ilk- Subaru driving, South B living type of men.
Okach works for Equity, yes equity bank ……
